Please note:
1. We do not accept damaged items for exchange or refund. If the item is soiled with oil, please clean the item before returning it. To avoid any damage during transportation, we recommend using the original shipping container the item was received in.
2. Refunds are for the cost of the item(s) only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. A Return Label can be provided if we make a mistake on your order. We provide a return shipping label for an exchange or refund when: a) Our size chart/recommendation is wrong, b)We ship the wrong items. With all other situations, you are required to return the items at your own expense.
