Minimum orders:

Our opening order minimum is 12 units excluding freight. After this purchasing, you can order any amount of items you want at the discount rates.

Shipping discount and fee:

Shipping is free on all order for 96 units or more.

Payment Method:

Your payment must be paid within 30 days from the ordering date. We accept checks and all major credit cards. By credit cards, please give us a call at 201-766-1557.

Shipping Method:

We ship orders by UPS for United States and Canada. FOB as defined by Incoterm Standard applies to all international shipments.

Returns:

Please contact us to get our approval before returning the items. Any unauthorized return is not guaranteed to be credited. Please note we don't accept used products and all returns are subject to the 15% restocking fee.
