Terms & Conditions – Wholesale
QWIK VALVE provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. By shopping with us you agree to accept these conditions, so please read them carefully.
Opening a Business Account
Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers who will be reselling our products through an established retail store or website. Please contact QWIK VALVE, or call (877)350-5584 for a business application and a contract form. Please fill out and fax both forms, along with a copy of your resale license or State Tax ID Number, to (646)619-8083. You can also scan and email these documents to one of our representatives.
Please allow two to three business days to process your application. Once your business account has been approved, we will email your ID and password so you can log in to our website as a wholesale customer and enjoy shopping at discounted prices.
Minimum Order
A minimum order of $250 plus shipping is required for your first order only. For returning customers no minimum order is required.

You may place your order several different ways:

Submit your order via our website at www.qwikvalve.com. Please log in with the user name and password provided and place your order at discounted prices as a wholesale customer.

Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Checkout, checks and money orders. Checks returned for insufficient funds may result in a charge for bank fees and other costs. Net 30 terms apply.
Shipping
We usually ship orders within two business days, and sometimes the same day. All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. If you have a UPS account we can charge your shipping cost to it.
Returns
Please contact us to get our approval before returning any items. Unauthorized returns are not guaranteed to be credited. Please note: We do not accept used or damaged items, and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Limited Warranty
QWIK VALVE offers a 5 YEAR WARRANTY on its products against faulty workmanship and/or materials to the original purchaser (with proof of purchase). For any defective product, QWIK VALVE will replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not cover any damages due to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.
